For Incident based plans, you will be eligible for a refund when any of the following criteria are met:
– You have all the pre-requisites which were required to resolve the problem and the issue(s) were not resolved.
– The issue is out of scope for the particular plan.
– 30 days have not passed since the issue was last worked by our technician.
